  Write a diary about your day. Thursday First of all, let me get smething straight: I'm a very self-disciplined person, I do have a strict schedule for every day. I think my lifestyle is not interesting for others, but it's really important for me. Because discipline can really make my mindset healthy. I got up before 4am this morning, then I drank coffee while doing medication. I started practicing skateboarding after 5am, it took me 25mins to practice. And then I went to the gym and did exercise. After that , I got back home, took shower, and had my breakfast. Most of the time, I have one meal per day. Today, I felt so happy to have Joy's class again. Even just having free talking , I still can learn so many things from her, I've ever had a good English teacher like her who has a good pronunciation and sweet heart. l feel so grateful for this. Its 1pm now, I'll keep reading a Korean book which is written by Han Kang, and some pages of an English book named Atomic Habits. I'll go for a jog around 6pm, sleep before 8pm.
