  Write about your daily routine and how it affects your health, productivity, and mental well-being. My daily routine is unhealthy. I wake up at 2 pm, because I sleep 5 am to 7 am. If you wake up at 2 pm, you'll not feel fresh and positive. Because the sun sets not long after you wake up. After the wake up, I eat my meal. Then the time will be 6pm. At that time I start to do my English homework and little prepare about English class. And spend a time watching Youtube. After the class at 11 pm, I spend a time wondering whether to go to the gym or not. Then it's around 4 am. so at that time I go to the gym or sleep and my day is over. I know my routine is unhealthy and meaningless. Because I definitely wrote on my schedule but it's noting. Also It depressed easier because I spend a day in night. Even do work out with reversed life is not helpful to my health. Only having a regular routine can good affects out health and mental well-being.
