  I am preparing for a long-distance race by increasing the running distance. I practice running at night these days. It is definitely better to run in winter than in summer. It's cold when I run at first, but after a while I feel the heat gradually. I start stretching to relax my legs and joints because there is a risk of injury. I increase a distance for the race such as 3km and then 5km. I believe It is going well. I will do it until this spring.
