Well, in my opinion, the moment age is the best age. Because I think the past never returns. / We cannot go back to the past. Past is past.
Before I thought I wanted to go back to being a teenager. But It made me feel regret and made me realised = realize it was impossible. So, moment age is the best, and that age is when I enjoy my life every moment and I can experience what I want.
