All valued costomers of SK telecom in Korea have been in a panic due to an unexpected and unprecedented incident that users' personal information and identity were disclosed. what worse thinng is that there isn't any secure solution and alternative prevention provided by SK, rather things presented by the company are temporary measures to make users feel comportable. As one of the users, I feel discompotabe and anxious what if somebody abuses my information for dark and bad purposes, so in order to prevent users' anxious mind, Sk should try to prevent the leakage on users' identity by presenting feasible and authentic measures, openning the window, through which costomers make communications.
