What are my intentions for the day?
Today's my intentions is being = Today, my intention is to be diligent.
After long holidays, I missed my daily routine, for instance, the meal, sleeping, exercise, and study.
Because I had stayed together with = with my boyfriend and had many events.
Consequently, I couldn't make a nice day on = from Wednesday and = to Thursday.
Then I have to set my daily routine straight.
First, go to the bed early and sleep deeply to get in good condition.
Secondly, study for Toeic = the TOEIC exam hardly = hard and make an organized education environment.
Thirdly, exercise on a regular basis, including the weight and aerobic activities.
Lastly, don't overeating = overeat and take a = eat healthy food.

Third, I will commit to regular exercise, incorporating both weight training and aerobic activities into my routine. Lastly, I will avoid overeating and focus on eating healthy foods. |
