  What are my intentions for the day? Today's my intentions is being diligent. After long holidays, I missed my daily routine for instance the meal, sleeping, exercise, and study. Because I had stayed together with boyfriend and had many events. Consequently I couldn't make a nice day on Wednesday and Thursday. Then I have to set my daily routine straight. First, go to the bed early and sleep deeply to get good condition. Secondly, study for Toeic exam hardly and make an organized education environment. Thirdly, exercise on a regular basis, including the weight and aerobic activities. Lastly, don't overeating and take a healthy food. Thank you for reading!
