What are the disadvantages of remaining single?




The rate of remaining single has increased recently, because of stress and the demerits of marriage, though it also has disadvantages in terms of health.

The main problem that can happen is mental -all humans need to be interested in others and social activities. Married people, like couples, tend not to worry about that. They can focus on each other and share their minds. Sometimes marriage means they have very close friends who will not forsake them forever, while some singles feel loneliness and worry about a lonely death.


Secondly, some people tend to ignore their health when they are alone rather than being with others. They don't value their nutrition or exercise, so it makes a more serious health problem.
