What are some new things I want to experience and try for my next trip?

I want to free abroad tour = travel abroad freely, regardless of a = the itinerary.
I tended to take full time on travel, because the time was so few to enjoy. = take a lot of time planning trips because my trips were often too short to fully enjoy each experience.
So, my itinerary was full filled with the meal, sighting, and etc. = meals, sights, etc.
But I want to the spare on travel, which is just rest and feel new and unfamiliar culture. = However, I've come to realize that I want to focus more on the essence of travel, which is to rest and immerse myself in new and unfamiliar cultures.
After booking a round-flight = round-trip flight, then I will do everything when I reach in foreign country.
I have to decide for accommodations and what will I do, on the spot. = I plan to make decisions about accommodations and activities once I arrive in a foreign country.
Because of my fear, I have no this experience, = I don't have a lot of experience because of my fears, but I want to enjoy a new type of traveling.
I have a plan for = to go to Mongolia with my friends in = during the summer vacation.
It already has a specific itinerary from my friend.
That's why I will try to have a real free tour in = during winter vacation.
