What are my personal values and beliefs? How do they shape my identity?

My values is what live well = shape the way I live, which is so subjective in accordance with = to people.
I can't define it yet, and I think continuously about what is right.
My biggest belief is the honesty that follow rules = honesty and adhering to the rules.
But it makes me inflexible, so I feel the frustration.
For instance, when I crossed the street, I observed strictly = strictly observed the traffic light on even empty street = lights, even when the streets are empty.
I wanted that I ignored = to ignore the sign and walked quickly, but the = my conscience didn't allow it.
I believed in this conscience, but now I doubt it.
After working in the = experiencing the realities of society, the conscience doesn't make good result = I've realized that strict adherence to my conscience doesn't always yield positive results.
If I didn't pass unfair problems, I suffered hard work with a high probability.
Others said to me, "Don't be honest, and = honest and close your eyes. You have to find easy ways to preserve your peace."
I didn't accept it at first, but now I can understand them more.
I want to get my value to bring just happiness for me = embrace values that bring me happiness.
