What is = was holding me back was an appetite and lazy charater.
That's why I messud = messed my body up, so I always gived = gave up tight clothes.

I wanted to achieve a beautiful body reminiscent of my past when I was healthy and thin. Back then, I had less muscle since I didn't exercise rigorously. To improve my physique, I knew I needed to focus on eating healthy foods. However, as a foodie, I often struggle to control my appetite for delicious flavors and meals.
My main obstacles have been my appetite and a tendency to be lazy. As a result, I neglected my body, which made it difficult for me to wear tighter clothing.
Recently, I came across "Switch on a diet (½ºÀ§Ä¡¿Â ´ÙÀ̾îÆ®)," a popular diet plan in Korea designed to build muscle and reduce body fat. It consists of a four-week program created by a doctor specializing in obesity treatment. I attempted this diet three weeks ago, but unfortunately, I failed due to the restrictions on food. |
