I think obviously friendships will be different because since  = since they have different gender and views, they will have different friendships. = views. (You can just omit the latter part since you already mentioned this idea at the beginning of your sentence. If you will keep the last part, it will be redundant. Also, avoid using two conjunctions in a sentence. "Because" and "since" somehow have the same usage so just pick one.) I think men/men friendships are comfortable each other but don't trust them 100% but women/women = but don't trust them 100%. On the other hand, women / women friendships are comfortable and also = more comfortable and they can trust each other. But it is different when women and men are friend = a woman and a man are friends. They might have things that they do not want to tell and do the things that same gender friendship can not do.
