There are much fewer women in the top position than men. I think it's because women give a birth. They need a maternity leave when they get pregnancy = pregnant. During that time, women cannot work and she cannot build up her career. So they're promotion is being delayed than that of man. Also even after their maternity leave, it's not easy for most women to get back to their work place because now they have to take care of their babies. Awareness of people is changing but, still there are some gender roles required by society and one of them is about female = women with taking care of their children. For these reasons, I think there are only a few female bosses.
