I think the gender inequality should be banned.It's not a policy so it cannot be banned.you mean it should be gone. The problem is that the gender inequality still exists all around. I can find out that there is i can find just a few female board members in the company even though most of the employees are women. Young women who are about to find a job after graduating from the university say that males have the huge advantage in searching/looking for a job for finding a job is the gender is male. It shows the gender inequality.
For a long while, men took responsibilities to working at in working at the company and in joining politics etc. At that moment women were responsible to do in doing housework and raise raising children. As appliances were developed and improved, women could spend much less time to do in doing housework. Since there are so many  women educated by in the university,Many of them  women have had a strong desire and chance to get involved with working in the corporate world and politics.
The reason why the gender inequalities are done all around [the world] is men want to keep their leadership all of places/want to remain leaders. As many women worked out the social activities,work outside/do social activities,gender inequality will be gone soon.
