We ordered some vegetable food in restaurant. I ate fruit cake made from carrot. I could not see the clear shape of it (carrot), but I could still see the orange colour (from carrot), and still taste the carrot taste, = and the taste of it in the cake. I also drank some fruit juice that was made from fruit. I cannot guess what exact ingredience were in it = the  exact ingredient of it. I could feel the = taste Kiwi and Watermelon in it, although I wasn't sure.
I noticed that the table was made of wood which I find eco-friendly and the comfortable atmosphere of (in) that restaurant. I like the foods that are made from any fruits or vegetables, although I don't know exactly what the (every) ingredients were. I like my friend's dessert cake as well which made of bluberry. I could clearly see (see clearly) its shape on that cake. It looks very raw (bluberry). The chocholate is made of  = from cacao.

Note: You overused the word carrot in your composition. You can substitute a pronoun "it"  for that you so it will have variations and to avoid repeatitions.
