We are living in the internet world. We can access and exchange information, keep in touch with other people easily. And via internet, the world became much smaller, and it keep shrinking. However, no matter how fast we can access and keep in touch with others, we can¡¯t help missing our old- fashioned communication tool. Letters. We are one of the unique generation that none of other generation have experienced. When I was young, I wrote letters to my far-flung friend, agitated for an answer. Waiting itself was quite sweet as well. And then, after receiving it, I tried to write back immediately. That was only 2 decades ago and I can remember it vividly. Regardless of my poor handwriting, exchanging letters were always thrilling and I miss those days time to time. Nevertheless, we should acknowledge that world has changed. Our world can¡¯t wait for handwriting. They were inconvenient, time-consuming and old fashioned. We can exchange letters in exceptional situations, e.g with lovers, parents etc. But for the business and work place, they lost their usual positions. Still, every now and then I miss days that everything was so slow and we can afford times for waiting answers and feel the heart of other¡¯s by handwriting.
