  Nowadays, the concepts of gender role changed considerably. Women can be a CEO, professional sport person and what’s more, the president. There are numerous women showing their brilliance in many fields. These changes in women status are quite remarkable since just a century ago in our country, most women didn’t have their own name (they were usually called base on their sibling’s or village name) and it had passed only 70 years since women got the voting right. However, so-called glass ceiling still hinders way to go for many women. Just a week ago, one of the legendary women entrepreneurs retired from her promising career and declared to be a politician. She addressed to public that her glorious success based on her tears and endurance, so she wanted to change society that no average women go through what she had experienced before. So based on these common concepts, still it is no wonder that men would feel awkward if women makes more money or promotes to better position comparing to him. Personally, I don’t feel anything about these fixed ideas. If my wife would get more income than me, I would welcome it. Nonetheless, we need more time to overcome such concepts that already imprinted in the most people’s mind.
