To tell you the conclusion ahead, I think that is in  management. We are all here to work their own task at each different position in some groups. When we handle the task, sometimes we make mistakes or get a result which is unsatisfied. At the moment, There are two kinds of leader in this bad situation. One of them reacts angrily and accuse his subordinate without any solution or discussion. Nobody wants to make a failure on purpose. Of course, it’s not allowed many failures in same thing. In this case, the worker will be afraid of his try for work trying of working  every time and it results in decreasing work efficiency. Because he will do only what his boss directs him without his thought. As the leader in the group As a leader of a certain group., it’s also his responsibility to control his subordinates well and extract their ability 200% for best result. We have to face to face with other people and cooperate together on the one same target. In this situation, it’s less important who is superior and who is subordinate. Sometimes all of us are co-worker who are just doing different work at different position. That’s what I have always thought during everytime  work I am working
