Sleep is one of the most important factors consisting of our life = in our lives because = Because having enough sleep can reduce stress caused by a =the day or work. 2.How are you if you do not have enough sleep?
What if this case happens, = When this happen,  I might not do something well because = Because lack of sleep isn't good for our memory skills and health, and  if someone really wanna commit to memory something well = someone really wants his/her memory to work well, he or she had better get enough sleep If they wanted to get a good grade also. Simply, lack of sleep distracts our concentration skills.
