Traders is big store, = Traders is a big/huge store.
There is in many object. = There are lots of items.
Philippines have s. m mall.
Is there have many object?. = Philippines has SM Malls, do you have a lot of items there?
I went to s. m mall
But there is very big.
So i don t know.  = I went to SM Mall, but it was too big that I didn't see it all.
