First, I have to wake up early.

So, to wake up early and go to bed early.=  to wake up early I have go to bed early.



With set the alarms and it is better ask someone.= I have to set the alarm and it is better ask someone.



If I do light excise before sleep, I can feel good refresh in the morning.=  I can feel good and fresh in the morning.
