What do you think is the best way to fight poverty?

A : To fight poverty, a fair distribution of wealth is most important. The main mechanism in modern society is capitalism. In the capitalism society, money can make money by itself. For example, If I have a building and the it's price =  it's price has increased, I would earn more money than the money that I bought it. = the amount that I've given out. On the contrary, it is hard for poorer = poor people to increase their fortune. Therefore, wealthy people have to pay more tax= taxes than poorer = poor people and the tax need to be used to give opportunities that poorer people can increase their fortune. = They can use money to give poor people the opportunity to increase their fortune. That's the answer what I have.
