In Korea people don't fly kites. Usually peoples do games or there hobby. = People usually play games or do other things. I  never fly = have never flown a kite before. But it would be intersting. When i have a kite i want to fly kite. = If I had a kite I would fly it.  When i saw flying kite. It looks very intersting and happy. = I feel happy everytime I see a flying kite. It looks intersting. 
And other people is flying kite, = and when I see people flying kites, i want to tell to teach how to fly kite. = I want to ask them to teach me how to fly a kite.  My hobby is cooking. But i want to fly kite to.
