I would say be not tied down. You will encounter tons of times to make a decision in in the future.When you get influenced a lot by other things at the time and make a decision, you will have a time to regret that decision. = When, at that time that you make a decision, you get influienced by some other things, you will regret that decision. So take a stand and push what do you want. = what you want to do.
