Korea has many kinds of discrimination, such as sexual and race  = racial discrimination.
One of the dominant discriminations is sexual discrimination. For example, when a Korean woman has a baby = is pregnant, her employer gives her pressure about early retirement. Since she has to get some period of time to birth = give birth and take care of her baby, her  = baby. Her employer has to hire someone who works = will hire someone else to work at the company instead of her. I think that it is not fair and this situation will lead to low birth rate in Korea. The most important issue is that  = the sexual crime. If a woman was raped from a man = raped / raped by a man, the police generally thought that her behaviour will be not = might not be good or her wearing clothing is a problem = clothing has a problem. I think that this decision is based on sexual discrimination and Korean traditional culture.
