  The research conducted by one of the company relating the gym industry said that they found there were so many bacteria in the gym equipment, even worse than public toilets. It’s because the sweat of the gym goers doing exercise on the various equipment. So as a gym goer, I’ll keep my hands and body cleaner during and after my exercise.
