The bar graph describes that the percentages of the population in the years of 65 and above between 1980 and 2020. In the meantime, the line graph indicates that the rates of birth in three different countries in the same period.

It is clear from the bar graph that the population percentage trend in three countries is improving. while we can also see from the line graph that the birth rates in these countries is declining from 1980 to 2020.
As seen in the first graph, the graph's trend is generally going up in the three countries. And especially, Germany has the highest percentages about population, and followed by Britain and Canada.

On the other hand, the birth rates seem to disagree with the bar graph's results. The rate of birth is continually decreasing direction from 1980 to 2020. And the ranking also contradict with bar graph. Britain has the gighest birth rates among the three countries and followed by Canada and Germany.
