How do you keep yourself healthy?
I think that twenty's = our health in our twenties is so important. because like fundamental of builing is important, when i make body very healthy in twentys, it is easier to maintain = will help me keep my body healthy in = for the rest my life. My hobby is going to the gym and make my body = to work out! This is so important to maintain my body healthy. And i = I don't like to eat fried foods or drink softdrinks like coke and sprite. These habits also improve my body healthy = health condition! |
