  Regardless of our feeling, tax is indispensible part of running country. Without tax, practically no social system will work properly. And we can't expect any welfare system notwithstanding tax system. So despite such discomfor with tax system, we just grunt but no try to disobey it.So many debates go on these days with tax system. Mostly it's about increase burden for affluent people and lower it with poorer ones. What's more, City of Sungnam in our county becomes center of dispute because the mayor declared to give every young aged person without job $500 worth voucher. Same thing goes on in Swiss as in an article, but it's much bigger scale. There're old but still useful quotes by famous Roman emperor August, who was famous for the maestro of governing. He said, " Tax can be easily lowered, but hard to raise." And other one goes in this manner. " Tax should be took in broad and shallow way." All the people in the world dissatisfied with tax. That is inevitable. If a politician lower it to get more popularity, then people would go excited , but sooner or later take it for grant it. And then when goverment becomes running out of money, they can't raise tax because people would never stand it and politicians really scare off such situation. Then, once great county have no options but go bankrupt. We should not be lured by sweet words. It taste sweet at first, but it would cost bitterness in the end.
