How do you handle stressful situations at work?
Firstly, I try to put myself in the person's shoes who made me felt stress. Everybody has their own situation and reason = situations and reasons to argue with each other. Once I see the stressful situation in other's = other people's point of view, things look differently. This helps me understand other's = others' opinion and release my stress. Secondly, I fresh = freshen myself up my self by having a cup of coffe = coffee. When I get extremly stressed, I drink the most expensive coffe = coffee at The starbucks = Starbucks. That's like compensating myself for my hard work and patience. Thirdly, I do yoga. After meditation and stretching myself, I feel much better.
