How do you deal with wrong orders? For example, you received a wrong order or your order was not the right size. How do you deal with that kind of situation?
Firstly, I check if I ordered correctly. I cross check the wrong order and my order sheet.
If it turns out that my order wasn't faulty, I check how I can return the goods or ask for refund.
I hardly get angry over this kind of mistake. I understand human can make mistakes because I also have a lot of experience of making mistakes.
When I worked as a sales coordinator in my previous job, I have an experience of dispatching goods in a wrong packing type. Even worse, I sent sent a cargo to a wrong port and I had to deliver the cargo the right port.
